rename settlement
anyone know how to do it? using the devmode searchbar 'Name Settlement' doesnt show anymore.

It is, I double checked. Function was moved and changed slightly. Dev mode, tools, more options, "name settlement." This then brings up sub options to rename the faction or colony.

IIRC it's more like "name faction" or along those lines. It pops up that initial window where you type in the name of the faction and settlement.
