in short... rescue, sedate, cure, release.
there is virtually no chance that a patient with such a treatment plan can make it off map together with their caravan.
No it doesn't. Rescued NPCs never give rep on walking off the map in any situation currently. "Captured" NPCs can give rep, but capturing a NPC sets the faction to hostile and you only get a small fraction of that back so it's not worth doing.
This topic is unrelated to the idea of a visitor getting back up and leaving with their caravan, or being carried off the map by their caravan. An escape pod for example with a neutral faction member, if you rescue them and heal them up and they walk off the map alone, will give you no rep. It's been this way for months, but previous versions you would get like +15 rep from that.
no matter who or how i procure a wounded neutral/allied.. they always leave 12-15 reputation.
Never happened to me before. Usually they just give reputation penalty from the arrest. Sometimes, if the pawn is beserk or went to a social fight, they can be arrested without repercussion
I'm so curious if anyone knows if she delivered the baby would it have stayed part of my colony while she left?
