You can also optimise the layout of your settlement and especially ensure that bills have short ranges otherwise pawns will check the entire map for tasks.
There are a lot of optimize mods. also a few good once that is not on steam.

But 9/10 times its is a few mods you have that kills your FPS. So let us see your mod list.
Or you are recruiting too many colonists, going substantially above 20-30 will have some performance impact. Likewise having hundreds of animals is usually not a good idea.
There is no engine limitation, better CPUs will run the game better, there is a fair amount of threading, but some processes can bottleneck if too much is going on there. Some of the main game components are in a single thread, which is usually fine, but if you have hundreds of extra ticking world pawns or 50+ colonists running their AI on your large complex map, things can slow down a bit, depending largely on your CPU's single core performance.
But its not a light mod :) There are just a lot of other mods that is much worse.
Hospitality from what i know put the pawns not in your map in static mode so they don't use CPU.

So that is first of your biggest problem.
2: Can see you get errors? Are it only when you start up or do they keep comming? Anyway it will curse FPS drops. Disable mods until you get rid of them.
If you hit F12 you can make a real Log file.
3: A quick look, i can see you do have a few heavy mods and some that really do nothing but slow your system.
But go into Discord on the link i gave and ask there what mods they will recommand no using that slows the system most.
Has nothing to do with it being a AAA or not :)
Rimworld is very CPU depending, the more things that happens the more CPU you need.
With enough pawns, large map, animals, jobs, interactions added by mods you can kill the FPS of any PC with Rimworld.
I got a new PC in the start on the year, and before that i had something around what you had, and got same problems.
