Report a translation problem
Most of the mods I have are things that are quality of life (Smart Medicine, Pick Up and Haul, Stack Gap, etc) or add cosmetic stuff (Hair, Beards, Horns, etc).
The only mod I have that I know has anything to do with raid is this one...

... and it only really affects the way the letter notification icon is when a raid occurs as far as I know.
I used dev mode to try sending defined signals to start the second raid, but to no avail after waiting for days. The only thing that worked was sending the signal that all enemies were defeated. That caused the mission to end correctly, the reward was delivered, and the two mercenaries that were just living it up at my base finally left.
During all the time the mercenaries were there though they actually married some of my colonists. Curious to see how that affects things later on.
