So that's happening frequently enough it keeps me from playing. I just got the DLC and the only mod i got is the EDB scenario thing.

What language do you have the game set to? Sounds like a localization issue.

It was a DLC installation issue. gamefile verification fixed it.

try verifying gamefiles via steam profile, especially if you recently installed royalty.

im getting this issue....how do i resolve it ? im pretty new to steam, so i dont know how to do anything on it aha

Right click the game in your library, select "properties" then in the new window that pops up click on local files, and then "verify integrity of game files."
