If you need it done ASAP, before the other hauling tasks, you can create a temporary zone at the stockpile and restrict a dedicated hauler to that zone. They will merge everything in a few minutes. You can then remove the zone, or move it to another stockpile you want merged right away.
Or, just wait, as the dedicated hauler will merge stacks once all other hauling jobs are completed.
