Seems like your only escape is a luky wanderer or the man in black.
Not much you can do, wait and be patient (possibly for nothing) or start again and do better next time ^^
Also, if you feel like it you can always use the "debug" menu
Also, even if your last guy dies, that doesn't necessarily mean it's totally over. A random new colonist can show up and habitate your empty colony, and you can take it from there. Never did this myself, and apparently it can take a while, but if you like the map and the base you built up so far, it's a cool option instead of starting over.
Own your failure, remember it and learn from it.... Onwards to the next colony ;)
