What do you do with unwavering pawns?
I either sell them (silver/honor) as slaves.

Or if I have bloodfeeders turn them into bloodbag factories (take off the legs and arms, removing the fake limbs to leave them taters). And the nice thing is I can feed them the things like insect meat and kibble saving the good stuff for the colony.

Though I did one run where I didn't have need of the blood bags.. so harvest a bunch of organs, then drop pod the corpse back to their faction (often for some reputation gain!)

kinda depends on the age of said pawn, crimes do have a minor influence.
any below age 25 are healed up and set free.
Yet those above 25 know what they were doing, they lose organs, blood, sight. Or they are sacrificed to the steam(hot water) gods. Or harvested for brain activity.
Kinda depends on if i feel benevolent or malevolent that hour of the day

Heal with minimum food and medicine, then ransom back.

Or harvest organs etc. Sucks to be them.

Occasionally, if I'm especially irritated with the faction, I will remove parts until they are barely functioning, THEN ransom for a pittance... but money's not the point in that case.

If the Faction can be befriended: Set free after healing. Replace lost limps with Wooden ones but nothing more. We can trade later this Year.
If the Faction cant be befriended: Slavery if they have good passions, Rituals, Organ farm, Blood farm or Brainscanners when not. Cant really set a Enemy free if youre certain he´ll just be back anyway.

There is an option that takes advantage of them coming back again in the future: get them addicted to Luciferium, then release them. Then, when they come back, they'll be carrying a supply of luciferium with them, like all addicts do for their respective drugs.

Get fed into Subcore scanners until I have no more use with them, which then they will go into High Subcore scanner.

I turn them into animal-human hybrids with Pawnmorpher, make them produce eggs, milk, wool and chemfuel all at the same time, boost their production with drugs so that they produce more than they can eat from a paste dispenser (so they are essentially feeding themselves and providing a surplus lol) and I also force them to work at a quarry

organ harvesting or jsut selling them into slavery or you can release for faction boost if its a faction you can become nuetral with

I take a kidney and lung as "payment", replace their legs with prosthetics, and pump them full of drugs for my amusement. Once I'm satisfied one of three things happen: they die, get released or sold off.

those i dont want to recruit (large majority) take a lung, a kidney, extract hemogen and genes, give peglegs, then remove 1 pegleg (smaller mobility = smaller chance for prison break), then trade for honor when imperial tribute collectors come around (still need some mobility for it, which is why i leave the 1 pegleg, pawn quality doesn't seem to matter). Yup, it's pretty much all cold and calculated.

I create a SAW maze with traps and an exit then let them attempt to earn their freedom.

Painfully.

I realize I forgot to turn off the unwavering prisoner option and I make a quick trip to the difficulty tab
