What's the limit to age reversal in biotech?

I have a colonist who is 80 and suffers dementia. He spends most of his time in a biosculpter and I am trying to get him as young as possible. Like 30 or 20. But can he revert to childhood age if I push it or does it hard lock at 20s?

I think it can go down to 13-14. Whatever the minimum is to be a colonist and not a child.

Best way to test it would be turn on dev mode and instant-finish a chain of them until it tells you you've had enough or you've Benjamin Button'd a pawn back into being an embryo. I imagine it might have some issues with the 17-18 age range and secondary job loss/gain.

I know age reversal demand is at age 26 (reverting to 25), and while you can go younger I've never bothered to do so.

IIRC before Biotech released the minimum age you could regress to was 16 (and might still be the case if you don't own Biotech), according to the wiki the minimum age you can reach is now 13. I haven't tested it myself recently.

the biosculpter will simply refuse to age reverse below 13, thats the hard limit.

i personally would not go below 18 as the pawns will loose carrying capacity.

didn't it used to be 18? I remember not being able to regress them further than 18 in one game I ran. Does anyone know for sure what the age limit actually is right now?

According to the wiki, it's 13 now. Doesn't say if that's with or without Biotech installed.

Correction, I think it actually used to be 20. I WANTED them to revert back to age 18 (actually 16 but who's counting ) but was unable to do so. 13 definitely was not possible before biotech but I know they did make some biosculpter updates that were never mentioned in the patch notes because Faster Biosculptor mods author talked about it as it caused his mod to break at one point.

I know I reversed to 16 at one point because it screwed up the mood of one of my couples when they stopped lovin' and I realized I had made a mistake. It's possible it changed several times, I looked up the history of the page on the wiki and the previous listed age was 18.
