Zero romance chance

I'm seeing this pop up a lot lately on the social tab when I hit the romance button. Yes, the pawns are the correct gender/orientation. Yes, they're all adults. Though there are still age gaps here and there. But I shouldn't be seeing a colony of 20 people and ALL of them are "Zero chance", should I? Some mod messing things up maybe or is there something I'm not considering.

Edit: Also, yes, this is even for pawns they have high relationship scores with.

Unless its a mod, I believe in the social tab you can mouse over and the tool tip should show you the relevant calculations on romance chance. Might shine some light.

If they are all family members then it will prevent you from incest.

They already can suffer from the inbred gene. All penalties, even to metabolism. Because they're hungrier. And maybe cannibals. And this is the Rim, so they'll probably turn into an inbred cannibal clan.

If I remember correctly, this issue tends to happen when you have HAR or psychology installed, especially HAR. Some HAR races have custom romance chance defined by their modders which sometime doesn't make any sense.

Grr, that's probably it. Didn't notice that it seemed to hit mainly the HAR races. Any way to tweak that?

Okay, I think I see the reason for it too. It's the only way to keep HAR races from being messed up by genetics. :( No way to make them able to romance but not reproduce with xenohumans.
