harvesting ambrosia
Is there some simple way to set up automatic harvesting of ambrosia when it's fully grown that I am missing? I end up forgetting about it more than half the time.

A growing zone with planting forbidden will do it. It doesn't matter what crop is set, it will simply harvest anything that reaches 100% within it.
