Rimworld mods have been stuck on downloading (Solved)

So, recently my mods have been stuck on downloading, its been doing this since last night, and up to this moment, ive tried restarting steam, and unistalling/reinstalling the game, yet it still persists, is anyone else experiencing this, or is it just me

Quick edit, the easiest way to solve it, is to uninstall it, and press the steam button in the left, and click exit, and enter steam and reinstall.
