No, it will regrow.

I'd point out that your previous comment last year was a little more accurate.

My previous run had one who tried to escape and lost a leg and finger in the attempt which never regrew, while elsewhere organs have been confirmed not to regrow.

... You're saying small body parts don't regrow, and never did?

Edit, I guess I was wrong. Nevermind.

Assuming you own Ideology: If its just a eye then throw them into a Bioregeneration cycle in a Biosculpter pod (It can regrow "minor body parts", a eye counts as a minor body part).

This has sadly never been systematically tested to the extent that it can be written on the Wiki.

The Scarless usually functions the same as Luciferium healing. But given what r/rimworld has said, Sanguinophages don't regrow limbs.

Few days ago my vampire went loot near camp with their undead minions (a rimworld of magic), unfortunately in a camp was a lightning mage which before his death struck my vamp by lightning, which obviously shattered his spine.

Any nice event happen in main base for almost 1 year... 1 year of daily defense in distant "temporary camp", so i was forced to install achievements mod. After collection of 150 points i summoned men in black, which was dump as hell, but stil better than nothing, after while i was finally able return my vamp to main map. Nicely destroyed full of ash and sh1t, fortunately one psylinker survived somewhere deep in storage, so second category pawn was forced to meditation all day, drugged or not...

Season pass, he finally learned "regrow limbs" ( Vanilla Psycast Expanded ), and regenerated my vamp spine...

long trip..
