Report a translation problem
The only way i can think of is to use the dev panel. There is a command there that will automatically recruit a pawn to you colony.
Do mean you don't want to set each prisoner to "recruit" in the panel and then just let the warden do their job?
Or do you mean that you don't want the recruiting process of the warden to take so long?
Something else?
Then, no, there is no way to automatically change that with vanilla Rimworld. Perhaps a mod?
Man, if THAT is your bar for "micro managing".....
You just pick the best ones, recruit them, and release/kill the rest.
Oh yeah. that's a whole other kettle of fish. Just rolling my eyes at how little required interaction it takes for him to call it "micro managing".
