Selecting growing zones

how do i select growing zones under stuff like berry bushes im trying to merge 2 zones but it keeps selecting the berry bushes instead

there is a small icon - if I remember correct it is one arrow or two arrows faced down - when you keep clicking it you will rotate selection on particular square.

You can also do a sort of slow double (or more) click- too fast and you end up selecting similar things- to select something else on the tile.

both of those options still cause me to select the bush

Hold your mouse button as if you want to select a group of something. Draw a circle that touches your growing zone. Boom, you select the zone instead of whatever's growing there.

If you click several times on the same tile it'll go through the different targettable stuff on it

Not double-click, just click twice slightly slower (or three times if there's 3 different things there), you'll get to your zone


It's a non-issue either way since you can just cut the bush (and will have to in order to grow anything)

If you select the grow zome tool first and then click the first grow zone, it will be selected.
