One of the prosthetics mods also has organ printing or synthethic organs, forgot which ones though.

But yeah like Witch said, there's plenty of organ donors in rimworld ...

Vanilla has you covered:
Step 1, Research growth vats and fertility procedures
Step 2, Get a couple of fertile female prisoners and a male slave
Step 3, Extract Ovum and have the slave fertilize it
Step 4, Put new embryo in growth vat
Step 5, Wait until said embryo is 3 years of age (18 in-game days)
Step 6, empty vat and reap the profits

Using said method, you can easily make a quick, sustainable, and scalable organ farm that can make you a couple thousand silver per vat nearly every quadrum. Don't forget, you can also harvest endless quantities of blood, meat, and leather using this tactic as well, leading to a whole host of industrial and mercantile options.

However both EPOE and Rahs Bionics seems to have some forms of synthetic organ system with EPOE being slightly more intricate from my understanding, however I have limited knowledge of both.

Turns out I got Rahs already in my modlist but for some reason never seem to get any organ printing research (playing with semi random research) but I guess this answered my question already.

Someone on Discord also mentioned altered Carbol sleeve system and using the sleeves to "farm" the organs.

I do like Seals idea tho uwu
