Empire slave caravan
it makes sense for them to sell you slaves considering you can give them slave for honor. If there is a mod that adds this it would be nice to have a new way of getting colonists too

Maybe, if you arrest your colonists, and when the empire slave caravan arrives, you could hand em over to the Empire as they believe everyone should combine their efforts for the greater good.

What does that have to do with adding slaves for sale to the Tribute Collector? ( Which is what I'm sure OP was referring to with "Empire slave caravan". Only thing that lets you sell prisoners/slaves for honor... )

Oh, I must've read it wrong as I thought he wanted to dispose of unwanted colonists for free honour. Well, I think it's in the original game, but don't know, haven't tried seeing for myself as in my playthrough at the moment, I'm no where near the empire's many settlements, but the tribute collector still comes.

Tribute collector never has anything on offer to sell without mods. They just buy prisoners/slaves and gold for honor.

Hmmm, if only there was a system where the empire rewards you greatly for the best slave with something other than honour.

This is still with the Tribute Collector not the empire trading caravans as the guy rarely shows up.
