Bionic liver

Currently the game has all sorts of bionic implants and with the DLCs you can even get bionic lungs and kidneys, however, the game lacks bionic liver and we really could benefit from one, especially alcoholics who neeed a replacement.

I know that EPOE forked exists but for all my epic vanilla players

It will probably happen in a future DLC. Lungs and kidneys were just added with Biotech.

I believe the game still needs one way to punish you from running a colony built on the idea it is nothing but Russian alcoholics.

It's "easy" to get tolerance immunity from genes if you want to spam beer, so there isn't really any "power" in adding an artificial liver. I think it's just something that is going to need some reason to exist rather than just being a bionic, pretty much all the prosthetics added since Royalty have had some niche or side effect. Once they find something that makes sense for a liver maybe that ties in with some aspect of a DLC, that is probably when we will see it.
