Where do mod settings save?

I built a new computer recently and, if it's possible, I would LOVE to not have to go through tweaking settings in all of my individual mods for hours. I'd like to find the relevant files from my old machine and move them to the proper location on my new machine.

Does anyone know if such files exist, and where they're located in the game files?

You were correct. There is a folder in there called configs, and most appear to be in there. There are some in the folder you mentioned though, so I just moved that whole folder from one machine to the other and it worked! Again, thanks a lot. You saved me a few boring hours (that may have just destroyed my motivation to play by the time I was done).
