Any working mods for prosthetic / bionic fingers / toes?
I've tried a few but either they're not working, or I'm not understanding how they work. I see no fingers/toes at the usual benches. I have a LOT of missing toes and fingers at this point, would be nice to have some bionic fingers! Any of the mods that definitely work with the latest version?

I don't think I've seen any, but imagine bionic fingers and toes would be kind of expensive for relatively little benefit. May as well go full-on bionic arms, especially for the combat dudes. Alternatively, some mods add boots and gloves that'll cover fingers and toes and reduce the likelihood of losing them in the first place, since in vanilla they're pretty much always exposed.

Full prosthetic hand is a good solution, if you don't want to replace the entire arm while you're at it anyway

I suggest "EPOE - Forked" here on steam workshop. I believe that's the most updated and functional version. I'm not sure if it has individual digit prosthetics, but it definitely has hands at least

Your surgeon also has a chance of having a tantrum and stabbing their patients repeatedly during a failure, peak RimWorld healthcare. Might as well replace the whole thing rather than roll the dice twice.

This worked the last time I tried it.

I'm assuming you are using a mod that adds rings or something that makes keeping fingers relevant, or this is a roleplay concern, otherwise it's much better to use a bionic arm in every way imaginable gameplay-wise.

Yeah to be honest it was just a concern because they have minor penalties due to the missing fingers and toes. I thought that replacing a whole arm or leg was over-kill and risky due to the operation. But I've recently replaced wooden legs with bionic legs and obviously they get quite a boost so it might be best just to give them whole replacements. Still, I'll try the mod and see if it improves the gameplay a bit. Thanks.

Thats what you need:

This mod has fingers toes and stuff for any limbs, you can dismantle them as well (buy arm, use fingers f.e.)
For better realism i suggest to use:

New limbs wont be 100% effective as soon as you install it but slowly gain their power instead as pawn adapting to the new limb.

nobody mentioned the absolutely mod free and vanilla biosculpter from ideology?

surprise, that thing can regrow fingers and toes with the bio regeneration cycle.

Installing a bionic finger has the same amount of risk to the colonist as installing a bionic arm. The only particularly dangerous surgeries are usually ones on the head or involving vital organs, but it's only a concern on catastrophic failures which are very rare if you are doing it right.

It is a high tech solution; meaning it is not available at start (sure it depends on your scenario)
