I suggest "EPOE - Forked" here on steam workshop. I believe that's the most updated and functional version. I'm not sure if it has individual digit prosthetics, but it definitely has hands at least

I'm assuming you are using a mod that adds rings or something that makes keeping fingers relevant, or this is a roleplay concern, otherwise it's much better to use a bionic arm in every way imaginable gameplay-wise.

This mod has fingers toes and stuff for any limbs, you can dismantle them as well (buy arm, use fingers f.e.)
For better realism i suggest to use:

New limbs wont be 100% effective as soon as you install it but slowly gain their power instead as pawn adapting to the new limb.
surprise, that thing can regrow fingers and toes with the bio regeneration cycle.
Installing a bionic finger has the same amount of risk to the colonist as installing a bionic arm. The only particularly dangerous surgeries are usually ones on the head or involving vital organs, but it's only a concern on catastrophic failures which are very rare if you are doing it right.
It is a high tech solution; meaning it is not available at start (sure it depends on your scenario)
