Can you add factions mid game?
Is there a way for factions that haven't spawned any cities to spawn cities mid game? maybe a mod?

I believe Vanilla Expanded Framework adds in that feature.

Ok I'm going to check, I remember getting pop ups to add factions but in my last playthrough I didn't get them even some factions didn't spawn. Might check the settings of the framework mod
You an also add factions via dev tool

Play around with dev tools and find out

If I could find out, would I have asked?

If you could read the documentation you would have found it. It's a mystery to me how you were able to play the game so far.

The command you are looking for is Spawn

Also you could have actually try it. It's there. Also you could learn to use a search engine.

It costs you more energy to be this rude than it would have to just kindly answer the question, though?

I wouldn't know where to read the documentation, no. If I did, I would have, and wouldn't have asked.

Thanks for the answer, but no thanks for the attitude.

friend, assuming we are on the same page because we play and enjoy the same game...

your first sentence was propably way more rude than you intended...

also.. thanks, "spawn" was the very thing that evaded me for a while now... that means i can load off at least one more mod that could toss potential errors.

I didn't meant to be more rude? To be honest I thought you were rude, I didn't meant to be more rude than that if so I apologize?! For your information there are many wiki dedicated to RImWorld that act as a source of documentation , if you do not know which one to pick you can go with https://rimworldwiki.com/ as it is well done. In any case, we are all friends here, have a good one bud.

This thread now pops up on google when one googles how to do this. Thanks for being a ♥♥♥♥ needlessly, null

Go to the mod settings for "Vanilla Expanded Framework." There is a button "add factions." It will then find any factions that have not spawned and offer to add them for you.

(And yes, this pops up on google when asking how to do this, heh.)
