Getting rid of deep water.
Ok, I have a slight dilemma. there's a small patch of deep water where my throne room is suppose to go. How do I get rid of that.

The catch is I've modded my game so much the dev menu is broken so it has to be through yet another mod.

You can also build bridges over it and then build on top of those bridges.

Not over deep water.
That is only true for ocean deep water, which is likely not going to be in a cave.

Nope, deep water isn't bridgeable. Chest-deep water is, but not deep, ocean or not.

It's true for ANY deep water. Wide rivers often have patches of deep water toward the center that can't be bridged. Usually there's enough stretches of shallow across that you can bridge over that. Any other pond or lake large enough will also have deep water that can't be bridged. It is in no way just oceans, as there's no distinction between "ocean deep water" and "river deep water". It's all just "deep water".
