Lamps have disappeared from the game
So, I don't have common lamps in the game. The common lamps are gone from the "research" tab, the only ones available are the solar lamp and the red lamp. The red lamps are in the "electricity" project and the "colored lights" project is empty.
I have disabled mods and dlc, reinstalled the game but it didn't help.
Sorry for my bad English.

If you're going for a fresh start and want to absolutely minimize your chance of having residual issues from previous mods, settings, files, etc., you'll want to manually delete three things, instead of relying on Steam to do things for you.

First unsubscribe from all mods you are currently subbed to. I highly recommend putting all the mods you currently use into a "Collection" on Steam to help you keep track of things even when you're not subbed to them. It's extremely helpful, especially for large mod lists.

Things to delete:

Your user files for the game which are found in a hidden Appdata folder. Your file structure would likely look similar to mine: C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld by Ludeon Studios. Delete the Ludeon Studios folder. You will lose your saves, and need to reconfigure base game settings.

Game files. Right click Rimworld in Steam, select properties, select Local Files. Delete the Rimworld folder. You may have to still select "uninstall" on Rimworld within Steam.

Workshop files, which are located somewhere in your Steam directory: ...\steamapps\workshop\content\294100 That last number is Rimworlds ID on Steam. Delete everything in here, you can leave the 294100 folder. Re-install the game, then re-sub to mods.

Can you spawn them in via dev menu or are they gone from there aswell?
Also does this happen only in that particular savegame or in a new game aswell?

I can't spawn them by dev menu.
This happens in both existing and new savegames.
Also, moment ago I unsubscribed all my mods and verified integrity of game files. It didn't help.

Coloured lights no longer adds new lights, but allows the basic lights to have their colour changed as well as making them use less power to run.

Just to be clear, "common lamp" isn't a thing in vanilla RimWorld, what you're looking for is called "standing lamp".

https://rimworldwiki.com/wiki/Standing_lamp

Just on the off chance that you're looking for something called specifically "common lamp".

I did these things.
In the "Electricity" project, a common standing lamp appeared, but the "colored lights" project is still empty.
I don't understand it fully, but normal lamps appeared so that's good.
Thanks for the help

That is normal and how it should work. There are no colored lamps anymore, they were removed from the game. The colored lights project unlocks the ability to color your existing standing lamps whatever color you want, the research is supposed to look empty because it doesn't unlock any new items.
