Mechanoids have awakened, but not showed up?
A defoliator fell into my base and i started to gun it down with some pawns. On the first hit, a message popped up: "mechanoids have awakened", no mechanoids showed up though.

I do have an ancient danger that hasn't been opened yet, and heard those can contain mechanoids. Has hitting the defoliator awakened the mechs inside the ancient danger somehow? Were mechs even supposed to come out of the defoliator in the first place?

The Defoliator ship falls... and there should be some number of mechs located right next to the ship, only the mechs should be sleeping (Zzzzz).
