Possible to get pregnant? What about Prostitution?

Hi. Never played the game. I'm curious how far the ingame options go in terms of giving you choices. Just for starters:

1) Is it possible to get your minions or what you call them pregnant?
2) Is it possible to have a "neutral" zone and make a town thats well known around the ingame world for prostitution? Like a entertainment/pleasure town thingy.

Sure, you have 2 ways to get your colonists pregnant.

1- Using mods (Cheapest one)
2- Buying the Biotech DLC (This adds a bunch of stuff and content for the game including pregnancy and birth control)

On the prostitution thing it isnt possible right now. Maybe using mods i think?

1) Yes. Biotech DLC adds children, all kinds of genetic stuff, a few different germ-line races and a few mutants with added genes.

2) No clue. Sounds like a mod.

Well, that particular mod has a lot of "features." Let's just say prostitution isn't the most controversial one.

Because it's easier to confess in murder that you haven't girlfrend so you "made your own lunapark with blackjack and hookers" (c)
