No Sleep gene means no lovin'?

I feel like I'm missing something. But is there a way for a pawn with the No Sleep gene to get some loving from their partner? I've got a character with No Sleep and Death rest who's married and unable to sleep with their spouse, or have kids. Help?

You can also make a pawn use bed by scheduling a surgery, assuming there is a doctor present theoretically capable of performing it.
