I can't accept a Royalty quest due to requirements. What am I doing wrong?

Full disclosure: I'm using mods and I'll put a screenshot here.

I have prepared a bedroom for a royal member of the Royalty Empire, but it seems I cannot accept it. I've placed the bed, the dresser and the other buildings... And yet there is enough space and there is lots of impressiveness. What am I doing wrong? Is something missing?

I had a similar issue this morning it turns out one of my colonists had decided to claim the bed. Unassigning the colonists made it so I could accept

You were absolutely right. I replaced the floor with expensive carpet. The floor was the problem. The floor was made of copper from the mod of RimForge. It only provided 0 or +1 points of beauty. Thanks for the help!
