Fun ideology ideas to play with
My current play on Iteration 1.3:
- Fluid Pseudo-Archotech ideology ( starts with supremacy and archotech style, wants high tech, slaves and body-mods but is forbidden to research and starts with no techs)
- Prepare carefully, 3 pawns with an immunoenhancer in a kidney each
- no starting cannibalism
- line marriages and free sex partners galore
- 60 PSM, 1 hightech gun of choice, 3x tuques and parkas
- Can add pawns of other ideologies
- Research reinvented mod
- Slaves must be converted

Will probably go Supremacy - Raider - Whatever that Archotech meme is called, Transhumanist? Might add Research allowed later.

It basically is a team of traumatized and memory-wiped ship crash survivors that are willing to go the extra step to imitate life as it was once before they were jettisoned to the Rim.

What is your ideology take you might want to share?

Styles: Techist, Morbid

Fluid Ideo:
Archist
Collectivist
-Slavery accepted
-Drug Use all of them
-Free love (Approved)

added over the course:
-Tunneler (all Bugmeat and Mushrooms are ours!)
-Transhumanist (the Ideo that wants Age reversal and approves Body Mods, yummy Bug and Mushroom mush from Food Dispensers too!)
-Raiding respected (you gotta take what you don'T want to make on your own)

Mods:
Prison Labor (work those raiders until the are worthy to join our cause!)
Locks (for the Inmates to be able to actually do their Jobs within their allowed Areas)
Vannila Outposts Expanded + Expansion Expanded (for all the useless Pawns that can still contribute without being directly controlled)
Rah's Bionics and Surgery (we don't put filthy Raider stuff into our Bodies when we can guarantee that it was made by the best)
Roads of the Rim
SRTS Expanded (flying caravans)
Tech Advancing
Additional Vanilla Crafting (Hyperwave, Plasteel, Glitter Meds)
(Save our Ship 2 when it gets back online)

Scenario:
3 Crashlanded Surviors (with a TEK7 from SRTS) that start with nothing (Tech Level Neolithic) but 50 Survival Meals, a Shuttle that can't lift off and Cloth they have on.

Goal:
Thrive and make it to another Planet (with SOS2 later).

I am ramping up toward semi-Transhumanist this playthrough, while I work on trying to finally get the Archonexus ending on Cassandra Strive to Survive (third trys a charm!).

I started as Individualist Loyalist who love Diversity of thought who are very against slavery and child labor, but slowly move toward Supremacy Collectivist Evangelists that love Body Modification.

Its always funny to see them get a mood buff for releasing a prisoner (after having harvested his organs, blood, and genes for a year+ and replacing his legs with prosthetics) and feeling like they have done a good thing lol

"We crippled, traumatized and abused that guy, but isn't it sweet he can see his family at least?"

"Yeah, we are clearly not the baddies. Oh, and we should standardize harvesting the eyes, too, in the future, thanks for that reminder."

lmao that is pretty spot on. I just released a guy with two prosthetic legs and a prosthetic arm after having finished Pokemoning all of his genes (gotta catch em all!) and not only did we all get a +6 buff for Released a Prisoner, but he was +50 or higher friends with almost everyone in the colony!

I cannot wait to see him later in the game, since I am still working on getting Map Fragment 1 on a quest for the Archonexus!

:D

I heard it is possible to remove a prosthetic to cripple prisoners more.

I am on my way to get my first lead on a relic, and need to take a pawn with me that is a) able to research and b) isn't mental breaking all the time.
With the no research allowed for my cultists, I managed to get one guy join the Pseudoarchotech faction that is actually a bit resilient. Getting him from intellect 1 to 9 (no passion...) was a journey, though.

I am the one who game them the prosthetic.
Had to remove those pesky limbs to make sure they didnt try to get up and leave before their stay was over, as any good host would do.
XDD

I know of the prisoner standard procedure; remove both legs, install peg legs, remove a kidney and a lung to keep them unable to prison break/berserk-kill more valuable targets in the prison.

But I think you can remove the peg legs and let them be a stumpy.

And install a joywire and keep them drugged and happy.

Definitely. Gotta remove them peg legs after installing. We went to the trouble of making that comfy bed, no need to wander around the cell instead of laying in it!

Wait, you give your prisoners "just" comfy beds to lay in all day, every day?

Do you run some weird Spa or something?

Them Raiders have to earn their bed rest...

I mean, they do all leave in a great mood and shiney new legs! And they are at least a few pounds lighter, from all those missing organs XD

We are the most hardcore spa on the RIm
