It's rude to call them nobodies. They're a lesser faction that doesn't have any real representation in the world. But still, they're somebodies. With friends, with family who love them, with hopes and dreams but most importantly without a military so there'll only be a few armed guards to resist your raid and likely no one coming to seek retribution. The time to strike is nigh.
As for names half-matching, some of the words used in faction names just pop up hilariously often. I can't go more than a few games without something Legua or Vera.
