What are all the ways to increase Social skill?

So far I know peace talks and prison warden, but those things don't happen too often to me. I thought trading with visitors would raise Social but it doesn't.

They gain social skill with each social interaction they have with someone. Party events can encourage a whole lot of social interaction, as can weddings but most of the time you're going to want to allow them to a couple hours of recreation with one another. Or if they are indoor workers, place their work stations close to one another.

For instance, place the sculpting table next to the stone cutting table and the research bench next to the machining table. You just gotta plan your base to encourage social interaction more.

Prisoners are your best bet, always capture anyone alive, then reduce resistance but don't recruit them unless you actually want them. Once resistance is at zero just let them go, it improves relations with that faction. Or harvest their organs.
