How do I see how much money I have?

I have traders come to my colony and aparently I can sell and buy items. I've sold a few things but I can't seem to find anywhere in the game that lists how much money I have. What am I missing? Some posts I've seen on line also discuss a "Stockpile menu", but I can't find anything of the sort.

Erm, left side, top of the screen. It is the silver.

Ok, thanks for the quick response, but when I sell items, construction components for instance, it lists a price of $8.24. When I sold the items I did not receive any silver in return. I wonder why the goods are listed in $ rather than in silver? I'm still not understanding the trade system.

The trader should drop you 8 silver in return for the components you sold, it rounds to the nearest full number. It isnt shown in the top left till one of your haulers haul the 8 silver to your stockpile (make sure you have one setup for silver)
