What is Lovin' MTB???
I was messing around in dev mode, saw this stat, I have no idea what it means? Anyone know, I'm just kinda curious, was surprised when i couldn't find anything about it.
Oh just to be clear, i know what it means as it says "Assuming both pawns are in bed and are partners", but like, what does the 1344.4 h next to someones name mean? My first guess was it was like military time (1:44 PM), but that cant be it

Probably something like ticks until they can do it again.

so like, once every 56 days? (1344/24=56)

Probably means game ticks, not days. They definitely can do it more often than every 56 days.

In this case, it's more like Max time between loving events. It can certainly happen a lot sooner then 56 days (more like nightly from my game experience). This is assuming that the "h" is actually stands for hours and not just ticks (1 tick = 1 sec) which also works just as well.

Yep. I'm guessing the other person is of wrong gender so they aren't too interested in each other :)

assuming it is game ticks, 1344/60 = 22.4, so every 22 irl mintues??

Nope, not max time. The game does the check once per 2500 ticks, which is once per ~40 real life seconds. The odds of the event happening are calculated based on MTB and there's no min or max in that calculation.

My colonist couple make the bedsheets shake every night, so it definately isn't every 56 days. :P

The MTB really depends on the pair.

The baseline is 12 hours, it's divided by A's attraction to B and divided again by B's attraction to A, then adjusted twice by a factor between -30% to +30% based on the couple's opinions of each other. It's also adjusted based on each one's level of pain and consciousness (i.e. lower efficiency means it happens less often, there's no rape in the game). Oh, it looks like each one's age is factored in too with some fancy function.

There are some limits, though, such as minimum attraction of 10% between everybody no matter what. That means for a pair that's completely unattracted to each other, the baseline is once per 1200 hours.

There are also some absolute requirements. No lovin' if either one is starving, bleeding, or dead.
