How do you fix solar panels?

I have two solar panels, one shows some damage from stray shots, the other malfunctioned from an event.

None of my colonists will fix it, I have a couple people with "Repair" set as Priority 1, and they're idle like they've got nothing to do. I've tried selecting them and right clicking on the panels to prioritize, but it acts like there's nothing there (right click does nothing).

So, how do you fix them?

I believe you need both components and extra steel to fix solar panels. Maybe you're out of one or the other.

And make sure they are within your home zone.

You shouldn't need anything to fix damage, but the event break does require a component.

Make sure its in a zone your people can get to. IS it damaged or does it LOOK damaged, might be a visual bug

Also make sure you have claimed the solar panel.

For example if the panel is from an abandoned or captured base, you can still draw power from it without having claimed it, but your pawns won't repair it because it is unclaimed.
