Report a translation problem
This sounds like the problem. Just make sure there is gate or door leading to both penned areas.
You can make a caravan with all the animals and have them gather on a caravan spot outside, either they can all get there and get sorted into the correct pens afterwards when you abort the caravan or there is most likely a pathing issue.
Also, ensure the pens are completely divided. Click one of the pen markers and make sure only its pen is highlighted.
@Kazouie - I Empty the Two Pens now... Looks everything fine so far - have to wait Until they finished. I allso thought about that maybe Forming a Caravan would Help... But cause i was Worried about the "Animal Bed's" maybe are the cause. Anyway - i will see later if it Helps. Cause many of the Females are Pregnant. And if i have to Repeat that muliple Times (after every Birth cycle) then... not good.
Someone a Idea how to Manage this ?

(Sorry - i am a little annoyed about myself cause i found a Note to myself out of 1.2 that the Mechanic isnt 100% and Ranching dont really worth to spend Time on it... cause it simply dont really Work. Made the same misstake now Again)
That sounds weird! They should only be wandering in from the map edge AFAIK.
BTW - Someone know why only Ducks, Geese and Chicken produce unfertilised Eggs?
