I know the graph is there, I mean like to see specifically what buildings, or items, it considers valuable. I was thinking it might have a way to show value kind of how it shows beauty but it doesn't seem like it.

You can find these toggles at the bottom right of the game window.

Colony wealth is not restricted to rooms or items. You also have to take into account Storyteller wealth, number of colonists and trainable animals among other factors.
