700+ Tribal Raid, multifaceted, 3 tribes joined in.
How does one beat "Crash target computer?"
There were FIVE raiding parties. The first one dropped 300 tribals that ransacked a mech cluster like it didnt exist. Had flames but not multibarrel.
There were so many pawns, they blot out the sun and just started randomly attacking walls.
Liiiiiike.... If heatboxes cant be a thing, how does one deal with a raid that can literally crash your PC?
Im 5th gen Ryzen and could BARELY run 1x 1070ti. Like wowza.
Part joke, part serious inquiry- whats the counter to that?

A lot of area of effect weapons. Fast firing weapons with low armor penetration is also a good idea for that type of raid. Assuming they aren't neanderthals or something they should go down rather easily.

Doomsday rocket launchers or anti grain warheads would be ideal. Something like the Neuroquake psycast would instantly solve the issue.

Fire. Much fire. Light them up. Hopefully it'll dispose of the bodies before they rot, too.

Sure... But no neuroquake spawned for me to use this run. I used a doomsday and a tripple.
killed about 300 and then the next 3 converging groups of 200-100 tribals came in.
There were so many, the AI broke and pawns just started attacking random things. Didnt even have to be my base. lol.
They came in thru windows, they came in thru cracks, they came in through keyholes and made holes in places I didnt even know existed. x'D

Also, we had a heat trap via overhead mountain... It didnt work cuz the AI's pathing broke due to 700 pawns on the map at once. lol
