Because that's definitely not normal.
I now switched to Ivan invader and got yet again another Psychic ship, other than that he seems to work as intended. Other than that, I play Sangophage.
It sounds like there's a weird mod interaction going on, check your error logs.
At least Ivan seems to have stopped it. Maybe Phoebe just had a weird loop error?
I think this happened after the cross-DLC patch btw.
Edit: update: apparently switching to Ivan fixed it. Just not sure what will happen if I switch back.
I’ve had this happen to me to, and it only started after I added the Vanilla Expanded Mechanoids mod - I honestly thought it was intentional! Granted it’s not EVERY raid, but I’ve had several “double raids” like this now.
