How to make stone walls?

Back several years ago I remember you could make stone walls. It only shows up silver, steel and wood for me.

It could either be a mod, or its not showing as an option because you do not have any stone blocks (cut on the stonecutting table).

you need to make a Stone Cutter's bench to make bricks. You turn stone chunks lying around into bricks. Alternatively, you can deconstruct pre-existing walls that are already on the map to get bricks.

You need to have the "Stone cutting" research to build "Stone Cutter's bench"

You can also deconstruct some stone structures on the map to get a small supply of stone bricks before you can cut them yourself

if you run out of blocks and want to plan something you can use the copy function too on existing walls/doors ect.
