Don't worry, I only imprison cowardly raiders. They come to take what's mine, and then they flee when they see my defenses. I have my jogger psychopath run them down with a heavy SMG and straight to a cell they go lol

i don't know, the max i would have gotten for a prisoner was about 1,3k, taking a lung and a kidney is granted so for the last organ you should look what sells more and if that is more than the extra organ you could have gotten out of him.

I think pawns lose sale value if they are missing organs. So it may not be as simple as that. If the pawn has very high skill levels and no health issues, they may be worth more with all their bits intact.

Take off all body parts and replace with the most basic versions(peg legs, dentures)then sell the colonist.
