Report a translation problem
In previous versions, I'd felt that hauling was also a hassle, but the addition of hauling animals has greatly improved upon this.

When I start a map, I have 1 of my 3 guys only cleaning and researching.
Another for base stuff like cooking and growing. The other on roaming stuff like hunting and hauling.
At the beginning all 3 focus on construction too.
I don't even bother with any crafting until I have a couple more colonists.
Ofc if you give every colonist 10 jobs, there's alway something that won't be done.
If not, cleaning is an easy job and even a crippled old man can do it well when assigned full time. Covering lots of areas with floors helps, because colonists can take dirt only if they walk from non-floor tile to floor tile. Rock tiles count as floor here.
