Anyway, yes:
Have a closed off room with a bed.
Set the bed to prisoner.
Knock an enemy unconscious and capture them/arrest a visitor (will make that faction hostile), and your pawn will take them to the cell.
Whoever is set to warden will feed them. If you click on the prisoner, there's a tab that allows you to pick their "luxuries" (if good medicine is used on them, if they're talked to, if you want to try to recruit them, etc).
If you release the prisoner in good health(usually when the prisoner can walk off the map), you gain +15 goodwill. If you gain enough goodwill they will no longer hostile to you. If you can speak to them through a comms console you can send some silver to gain some goodwill.
If you find yourself short on colonist you can call them for help but loss some goodwill. If they arrive on the right, they are help worth losing some goodwill.
The best way is to put prisoner cells in a long corridor, and a turret on the other end.
=3 got a second idea I will make a Spiralling corridor with a room in the middle.
