Report a translation problem
It looks like they used the same color-palette. It's a pretty blatant imitation, presentation-wise. That doesn't have to be A Bad Thing ™.
But, the problem with playing a game that looks so much like one that one has played for a long time is that some expectation and general "feeling" is going to brought to the play experience of the new game. If they were purposefully trying to do that, then they should have just ripped the same color-palette from Terraria. (The gameplay for Keplerth looks similar to the primary gameplay for Terraria, at first glance.)
