Any bionic/cybernetic that nullifies hunger?
Trying to make the most efficient slave possible. I've already got a circadian half-cycler but i need them to be even more efficient. any mods or base game cybernetics that would work?

Unless they made the pawn require some other type of "fuel", that would be horribly OP. I can't say that none exist, there are plenty of cheat mods out there. I don't know of any for this purpose, though.

Doesn't have to be complete removal of hunger, mainly just looking for anything that would make them last days without having to eat.

Various types of bionic stomachs. I think the nuclear stomach completely does away with the need for food, but is likely to cause cancer.

That's the one I'd use. that said, on my last implant, my colonist got cancer within 2 minutes of implanting.

The nuclear stomach is your best bet, since it massively decreases the food need, and thus time spent eating. The carcinoma it generates is only once every so often, and can be easily removed with some medicine and a doctor.
Depending on what mods you run, you could also just have them pick up a stack of meals to carry around on a regular basis.

If you add specific genes that increase metabolic efficiency (iirc it caps out at 50% hunger rate for geners) and a bionic stomach that reduces hunger rate, you can probably get them to eat maybe once a day or two. Other than that, you need to look into mods.

With max metabolic efficiency and a nuclear stomach eating should only be required once every 4 days.

As far as mods, I think Evolved Organs has a stomach replacement that removes the need to eat. It's been a while since I used it though and I'm not certain of that.

Keep in mind mood buffs from quality food and impressive dining rooms are fairly large, and removing those in addition to removing bedroom buffs means you are going to need quite a bit of mood from some other source to keep a colonist/slave from breaking.
