About Deathless gene

for me this gene can be able to grow new organs and limbs. also is there a mod has this feature? or it can be different gene allows this can be happen

Why would you want a mod to add this feature if you have the DLC?

I think the deathless perk means that even if all of your organs were destroyed and your brain was still intact you'd still be alive, probably screaming "I'll bite yer legs off!" to the raider assuming their mouth was still present. You'd then be able to replace the organs maybe with bionics. I think it's the scarless gene that heals missing organs over time.

yes i know scarless gene but for me its should be deathless gene otherwise your pawn becomes furniture to put somewhere. for my opinion with enough time vital organs should be grow new ones

The Immortal Gene mod adds what you are looking for, I think.

You can use dev mode or a mod called character editor. In about half a second you can delete any injury from a pawn in god mode. Or in character editor can do the same.

If that immortal mod does the trick then great, but you have the option to do it yourself pretty easily too.
I had a vamp join my colony with bad back and all sorts of stuff she was not supposed to have. Couple clicks and it was all fixed

i prefer vanilla or modded play. Using dev mode breaks this atmosphere for me and i use character creator for starting a new game. Thx for the comment by the way
