294100 is the ID for RimWorld, which you can see at the top in the discussions URL. The mods themselves will be in their own folder with their own ID, which you can also find in their workshop URL.
You can also install mods manually from the forums into:
And the mods are interchangeable, in a sense. You can copy a mod from the workshop mods location into the manual location and they'll work just fine (so long as you don't load both at the same time!)
If you're wanting to run mods for the DRM free version, you will need to move them into the mods folder found inside the DRM-free's install location.
