That way, because they won't be allowed to start or end jobs inside there, they won't be allowed in.
Same here. Depending on the situation, of course. But if you are worried your druggies will break and take it on their own, tossing it all inside a cheaply constructed room and wall it off with your most plentiful resource (some stone or wood as the last 'plug' in the wall) which can be torn down and reconstructed as necessary. Can throw in an orbital beacon if you want to sell it off.
If that isn't so much a worry, simply blocking the zone or putting a red x on the door will disallow the regular use (though not bingers) and works well enough.
If you aren't interested in selling or using it, then use the old method to get rid of clothes and just burn it with some molotovs or other fire.
Try yayo, it's help a lot (very good buffs, low addiction chances). Best situational usage - take them when raid arrived (it's gives both combat boost and reduce your colonist exhaustion + make them move faster, this will help to clean post-fight mess).
And no need to lock Luciferium - colonists will never take it themselves if they don't already have addiction to it.
