AC can't moved. Deconstruct it (you will lose some mats) and build new.

Or if you not mind going onto Dark Side - enable dev tools and temporary toggle "god mode". It will allow you to instantly build stiff (and free too). Use it to "change" place of your AC.

Although air conditioners do work a bit weird. It is best to uninstall them, then install them. Rather than using the "Reinstall" command initially.
