A way to enter sea tiles?

Hi, i found a island, full of metal resources, but i cant reach it, since it is a island, seperated by some sea tiles (it is a coast map). Is it possible to reach that island? TY dudes...

Only by using a dev tools (like cheating a bit yes). Do you need an instruction?

Place a moisture absorber pump on the nearest piece of land to the island. This will overtime reclaim shallow water and turn it into land making your distance to the island shorter. You might need to do this more than once.
It will not reclaim deep ocean water, but if you can create a land bridge close enough to the shallow water adjacent to the island then you'll eventually reach it.
Obviously this is a long time in the making, especially considering how far up the tech tree it is to research. But it is possible and does not need to involve dev tools.

It doen't help, because shallow water is passable, so if he had enough shallow water adjacent to island - he can mine it just through water easily. If he can't reach island it's mean there deep water around.
