First I find out I can put chairs in front of the workbenches so the people can sit while they work, I learn that you can kill things by deliberately setting a room on fire to cook what is inside, and now I realize the nutrient dispenser can keep my prisoners fed so I don't have to worry about why the Wardens are shirking their duties again...
