Do Raspberry Bushes regrow?
I am new to Rimworld so I am sorry if this is common info. I tried searching but could not find anything definit. Now the way I understand it they should regrow? Trees, grass and normal Bushes seem to regrow after sometime. Are Raspberry Bushes just a early game food Source?

It is an all game resource for me, just dont cut em then they wont be there at all, you can harvest them and they will regrow so dont worry.

What I mean is every plant has a life time after which they start dying. However after some seasons I dont seem to see anymore berry bushes, have they died out or are they just regrowing really slow?

depends on the bushs, when you harvest them they lose berries that you collected, they regrow em so yes slowly is the case here. dont worry but i suggest to farm and hunt instead of relying solely on it.

Yes, it is either the animals eating the seeds to fast, wild animals mostly, or the algorithm of the game prevents new spawn. I understand what you were asking :)
